What is Reformer Pilates?
Reformer Pilates is a low-impact workout that uses a Pilates reformer machine to help build strength, increase flexibility & improve core stability and posture. The reformer is a bed-like frame with a padded platform called a carriage that slides up and down on runners. It also has adjustable springs, pulleys, straps and a footbar that create a resistance system for a variety of exercises.
